Account & billing data

Name, business name, email, phone number, GSTIN, and payment details processed through our payment partners.

Campaign data

Contact lists you upload, message templates, and campaign content you create to send via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.

Usage & technical data

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and product analytics collected via cookies and tools such as Google Tag Manager.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the platform and deliver your campaigns.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To provide customer support and send service notifications.
  • To improve our product, security, and fraud prevention.
  • To comply with legal obligations and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

3. WhatsApp Business API

We are an official Meta WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. Messages you send are processed in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from your contacts before messaging them.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with sub-processors essential to running the service (cloud hosting, payment gateways, Meta, SMS gateways) under appropriate data-processing agreements, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. We target ISO 27001-aligned practices.
