Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ReachPilot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
- You will only message contacts who have given valid opt-in consent.
- You will not send spam, unlawful, misleading, or prohibited content.
- You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, TRAI/DLT regulations for SMS, and all applicable laws.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may revise pricing with prior notice.
4. Messaging Charges
WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta, and SMS charges levied by carriers, are passed through to you and are separate from your subscription fee.
5. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by third parties such as Meta, payment gateways, or telecom carriers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains the property of ReachPilot. You retain ownership of your campaign content and contact data.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachPilot's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [your city].
