Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the platform fully before committing to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. Renewal charges after the first billing cycle are non-refundable.

Refunds apply to subscription fees only.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

WhatsApp conversation charges (billed by Meta), SMS credits consumed, and DLT/registration fees are non-refundable as they are passed through to third parties and cannot be reversed once used.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@reachpilot.io from your registered email with your account details and reason. Our team responds within 2 business days.
